Statements Bluewater Bible College & Institute holds to a fundamental position regarding the interpretation of God’s Word. We hold to a literal interpretation of the Bible (Old and New Testaments), allowing the principles found therein to serve as the foundation of our curriculum and standards. All classroom instruction is presented from a Biblical perspective, and all activities outside of the classroom are designed to promote positive spiritual growth in our student body. Regular chapel services, prayer groups, dorm devotions, church attendance, and ministry participation are all part of this school’s commitment to see our students develop a life-long passion for Jesus Christ in their personal lives and ministries.

Godly Guidance The faculty and staff of Bluewater Bible College & Institute realize the importance of maintaining close relationship with the student body. Faculty and staff members are available to students for spiritual and academic counseling. The Dean of Men and Dean of Women oversee the dormitory life of the student body, assisting in any areas to help students make Bluewater “a home away from home.”

History

Since its conception in 1962, Bluewater Bible College & Institute has had a wonderful heritage of ministry in the West Indies. Students attending our institution have been trained in areas of Christian service vital to the ministries of our regional churches. These areas have included pastoral leadership, evangelistic crusades, church planting, Christian school education, and various children ministries. Whether ministering to the young or the elderly, our graduates have been equipped for the work of the ministry whenever the Lord has chosen to guide them.

Location

Located on the Western End of the Island of St. Thomas in the United States Virgin Islands, the Campus covers 5 acre wide area of peace and tranquility. It overlooks the blue Caribbean sea, which would explain how it got its name.

There is a certain power, pride and prominence that this institution places in the preaching of the word of God. Various programs are put in place to enhance one's spiritual growth along all the sound theological teaching. Bluewater guarantees a safe, quiet and pleasant learning environment by all accounts.

Regular classes are four days a week with various course taught on Monday nights. Modular Class way vary in numbers and times, however with the burden and need for more ministers on the field, Bluewater makes Christian Education Profound yet affordable for any believer desiring a more in-depth understanding of God's Word and other subjects.
